وَما كُنتَ بِجانِبِ الغَربِيِّ إِذ قَضَينا إِلىٰ موسَى الأَمرَ وَما كُنتَ مِنَ الشّاهِدينَ

You weren’t on the western side when We decreed the commandment to Moses, nor were you among the witnesses.
