بِسمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحمـٰنِ الرَّحيمِ أَلهاكُمُ التَّكاثُرُ

The quest for increase distracts you.

حَتّىٰ زُرتُمُ المَقابِرَ

Until you visit the graveyards.

كَلّا سَوفَ تَعلَمونَ

Indeed, you will come to know.

ثُمَّ كَلّا سَوفَ تَعلَمونَ

Surely, you will definitely come to realize.

كَلّا لَو تَعلَمونَ عِلمَ اليَقينِ

Certainly, if only you knew with absolute certainty.

لَتَرَوُنَّ الجَحيمَ

You will definitely see Hellfire.

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّها عَينَ اليَقينِ

Then, you will surely see it with the eye of reality.

ثُمَّ لَتُسأَلُنَّ يَومَئِذٍ عَنِ النَّعيمِ

Then, on that Day, you will be questioned about the pleasures.
