يَستَفتونَكَ قُلِ اللَّهُ يُفتيكُم فِي الكَلالَةِ ۚ إِنِ امرُؤٌ هَلَكَ لَيسَ لَهُ وَلَدٌ وَلَهُ أُختٌ فَلَها نِصفُ ما تَرَكَ ۚ وَهُوَ يَرِثُها إِن لَم يَكُن لَها وَلَدٌ ۚ فَإِن كانَتَا اثنَتَينِ فَلَهُمَا الثُّلُثانِ مِمّا تَرَكَ ۚ وَإِن كانوا إِخوَةً رِجالًا وَنِساءً فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثلُ حَظِّ الأُنثَيَينِ ۗ يُبَيِّنُ اللَّهُ لَكُم أَن تَضِلّوا ۗ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيءٍ عَليمٌ

They seek a legal ruling from you. Say, “God gives you a legal ruling concerning those who die without heirs. If a person dies childless and has a sister, she inherits half of what he left behind. If she dies childless, he inherits from her. If there are two sisters, they receive two-thirds of what he left behind. If there are brothers and sisters, the male gets the share of two females.” God makes this clear for you, lest you go err. God is fully aware of everything.
